Hello my beautiful friends. I am really getting in tune with things that really bring me joy and give me energy and not drain it my Jing(my life force). I have loved sharing the journey with all of you. I am closing this page. I will still be sharing all things Chinese medicine and skincare and Face reading on my personal page and on Instagram, so if we aren't friends please feel free to send a request. So brain fog, anxiety, feeling ungrounded, frustrated, judgemental, worried, jealous are just a few. Physically, because Earth is about the Stomach and Spleen, most "dis" eases surrounding those organs will manifest. IBS, muscle spasms, indigestion, acid reflux, to name a few. Learning about yourself and true self mastery starts with knowing what the heck your organs do and know your body, listen to the messages. It is your guidance system. Fire season....the heart, the emporer as the Chinese call this beautiful organ. You can see the heart on your nose.

This young lady has had a heartbreak💔. I think we can all relate to that. We see it in the pinched area on the sides of the nose.

What happens when we have a broken heart? 💔

We put up a shield....to protect ourselves, right? Only natural🤷‍♀️

Here's the deal, the heart needs to move. To be flexible. When you put it in a suit of armor it can't move. This leads to the inability to experience joy, to receive and give love easily. And eventually to heart problems physically. And you are robbing the world. Of you. The beautiful, loving human you are.

Your emotions play a vital role in not only your mental health but your physical well being. Emotional intelligence is so important!

We are in the depth of summer right now...Fire season.
Fire is associated with summer, the organs are the small intestines, heart and the triple burner.

You can see the state of the heart best on the tip of the tongue, and the tip of the nose.

The small intestine projects on to the top lip. The small intestines job is separating the pure from the impure. Physically, emotionally and spiritually.

It goes so much deeper than that on all levels. Speaking strictly from the projection to the top lip, look at the color. Is it a nice pink color? Is it white? Your small intestine may be frozen....stay away from cold drinks, ice cream, raw foods. Sautee or steam your veggies(no juicing!), drink a warm cup of tea or lemon water before you eat. Is it purple? There is stagnation there. You need to get things moving. Is it tight? You may be unable to decide what IS pure and unpure in all areas of your life. FYI, I always prescribe some long makeout sessions if your top lip is really tight! Exercise😘😛)

Metal Constitution in 5 elements, 1/3 Sacral Generator, Aries sun Cancer moon, Face Reader, Human Design Coach....

God I didn't realize I was so brilliant! I mean I even left off a few! 🤣

I am definitely exhausted with labels these days. I am going to stick with Hi, I am Elisabeth. I am a human.

I process my emotions through a lense of grief because I have such a strong presence of Metal element. I make decisions based on how my body was designed from my gut instinct. I am a voracious learner. Passionate, empathic, psychic, warrior and a powerful healer. Of myself and those that are ready.

I have been knee deep in teen drama the past few weeks. I mean, this is my 3rd trip down this rabbit 🕳, so I knew it was coming. What I am experiencing this time as I have evolved energetically and emotionally, really leaning in to empowering my youngest daughter into who SHE is created to be and not allow her environment to mold her into what they want her to become, I noticed some things about the "unwoken" (I absolutely hate that word) humans.

Timeline....for reference
Dated boy for 5 months.
Broke up with boy.
Shunned by friend group as sides were chosen.
Rumors spread about 14 year old girl(unacceptable and untrue, yes I asked)
Adults become involved.
14 year old girl shamed for hurting boy.
14 year old girl standing firm in who she is to weather this storm.

I have watched all of this in complete amazement this time around the old playground. Noticing this time how all of this is unfolding.

How society slt shamed her after she CHOSE what was best for her.

How her peers attempted to bully her after she CHOSE to take care of herself first.

The involvement of helicopter parenting that now has drawn in my child and myself to protect their child from experiencing pain.

Listen, I get it. I am a mother. To 3 children. I never want them to hurt. And there were things she could have done differently and we used this as an opportunity to learn how to do evolve in her humanness.

What I learned is Women we have must do better! The untrue rumors spread about her were spread by her "good girl friend". Not by the ex.

We must stand up for each other. Stand with each other. We may not understand why a woman chooses something. We don't know their situation, their emotional state, their past trauma. We don't know!

Let's learn to support each other and ask...how can I help you here? How can I support you right now?

Our girls are learning FROM US!

Society is always attempting us to be something we aren't. Knowing who you are gives you the ability to move through life with a knowing. A strength that others don't have. Embodying who you truly are gives you wisdom, knowledge to help guide the next generation.

This weekend overwhelmed me in ways I don't have words for yet. As I sit in contemplation from the energy of my 2nd retreat, in this absolutely gorgeous home, looking at a framed flag from the US, I have had a new found understanding. That that flag doesn't define me. It's rules don't define me. Their God doesn't define me. That I know from a soul level who I was created to be, how to leave my legacy and how to connect with my spirit in a way to affect other women and the world. To bring humqnity back to their Original Face, to allow them space to reconnect with with the very essence of who they are. I am overwhelmed with gratitude that the context of my life gives me the opportunity to walk on a path with incredibly courageous, confident, loving women. To building a sisterhood that we build each other up, support each other, allow space for tears and laughter. I cannot tell you how magical this weekend was. I can tell you, without a doubt that the ripple effects from it you will feel, you will see from the 5 women that opened up to receive. My cup runneth over. The hope I have after being in their presence has returned. My spirit is literally vibrating through me right now so much I can't drive out just yet. She wants to sit in it and marinate in its juiciness, it's divine power. So I can remember this moment when it gets hard. That I am doing exactly what I was created to do. My confirmation (like I needed another!) My feather. Alway my guides showing me the way when I pay attention and remember I am not of this world, that I have a purpose bigger than what this society tells me it is. And so do you. I love you. No matter what. I am going to celebrate 🍾all that I received from this weekend. 🥰😍😘

Have you ever heard of Human Design? My beautiful daughter found Human Design about the time I found Face Reading. What I love about it is how accurate it is and aligns with Face Reading and the 5 elements. It just breaks it down more clearly for me so I can see it all laid out without all the trauma and experiences that have marked my face.
I am a 1/3 Generator. Which means alot of did things, however today I was listening to a podcast about the 1/3 lines specifically.
SO FASCINATING. I am meant to push boundaries and test things, pushing against the norm and learning from the experience (my forehead matches perfectly with this line! )
I will never stop learning new things and seeing what is true for me. As I learn I meant to teach others who may want to learn too. So that's cool 😎.

I didn't think I was going to make a post today on this the longest day of the year. First, I am well into the rituals of today, secondly, I could not have said anything more poignant than CT did in my previous share and lastly, I am in deep focus of my energy for the women that will be joining me on this retreat this weekend. I want to harness the energy of today and channel it all to them. Because it takes incredible courage to do something different, it takes trust and it takes incredible love for yourself to step into a space of mastering your life. I stepped outside again as it cooled off this evening and I was struck by this particular view. Today, the longest day of the year. In the Fire and Earth season, where we harvest the fruits of our labor. The trees so green and lush, the sun glistening its last rays through their limbs, bouncing magically until the fireflies take over to light the southern landscape as the sun moves on. And through the branches, fall in the distance in the form of a high school football stadium. I dont take for granted each season and the ability we all have to work with the very nature of who we are. My secret to having this amazing skin and wrinkle free face? It is so freaking easy. Stop fighting against the truth of who you are. Step into your skin. Embrace the season you are in. And live life with gusto. Happy Solstice. 💗

I am watching Julia on HBO about Julia Child and her cooking show beginning. Did you know....
She was 51 when she filmed her first show? And she was completely badass and smart and charming and had to persevere in a man's world using her feminine energetics.

She inspires me....to the possibilities.
With my mommying days nearing the end, I get to explore.
One thing I am exploring is the feminine part of me.
I have NO IDEA what it even means!
I grew up in a fundamental religious institution that indoctrinated me on what being a woman means and shame. So much shame! Shame of my body, of being a woman. Sending me mixed messages like be sexy, but no too sexy. Make yourself attractive, but if you make a man lust that is your sin, not his. Be smart, but don't speak. The contradictions go on and on. 🤦‍♀️

So, at 52 I am learning to embody my feminine energy. 💃

Knowing I am a Metal constitution in 5 Element Theory gives me the tools to my self mastery in every aspect of my life. Metal people love beautiful things. So dressing up in gorgeous dresses? Yes please!

Learning to belly dance and become familiar with my body, how it feels when it moves in that way, not running or climbing a mountain😉

You get to decide to be you and live out your dreams and find your path at any freaking age you decide to!

I immediately felt that knowing in my soul.....of how powerful I truly am in this body...in this incarnation. How the journey into the knowing of myself has evolved into releasing my shame. My guilt. And deep feeling of unworthiness and transforming it all into becoming. Evolving into the crone. Allowing my wisdom to pour into my daughters. To pour the immense love I have for myself and therefore every human I cross paths with. Because I know. Who I am. Where I am going. It offers me such a peace in the idea that I am significant and worthy to be here now.

I have jiggly arms
I have gray hair
I have wrinkles
I have stretch marks

Yada yada yada

The wisdom and the knowing allows me freedom. And for me that is priceless.
