Here’s what I tell every patient before they leave.

The treatment is done—but the next few hours matter.

🤍 Stay upright for at least 4 hours

🤍 Use gentle facial movement

❌ Avoid rubbing or massaging treated areas

❌ Skip intense workouts for the rest of the day

❌ Avoid alcohol immediately after treatment

And remember…

Don’t judge your results too soon.

Most people start noticing changes within a few days, but full results can take up to 14 days.

The best results come from two things:

Good aftercare and consistency.

Because wrinkle relaxers are meant to wear off.

That’s normal.
