Today seems fitting to introduce the owner and birthday queen… Lauren Tritt. 👏🏼

With 15 years of experience behind the chair from assisting in the salon to salon ownership, and her enneagram 8 personality, she knows exactly what to recommend for your hair and isn’t afraid to tell you. Her favorite service is blonding. Her passion is creating lived-in blondes that look like you just left her chair but it’s actually been 12+ weeks. Maybe you love fresh and bright blonde every six weeks or maybe brunette is more your thing… she’s your girl for that too.

Lauren is married to her high school sweetheart with 4 (yes, FOUR) kids ranging from 15 to 3 years old. When she’s not working, she’s probably at the lake, at home watching a true crime doc, or taking 3 of the 4 kiddos to at least 3 different practices. 🤪

Meet Emily Sikorski ✨

Emily is a seasoned stylist with over 17 years experience behind the chair. She has an eye for detail and exudes a confidence that lets you know your hair goals can be achieved.

A few of Emily’s favorite services include, blonding (highlights, balayage, bright blonde, lived-in blonde, old money blonde, you name it- she’s your girl), men’s cuts, and masterful women’s cuts.

Emily is married and has three daughters, which makes her the ultimate girl mom. When she’s not at The Blonde Society Salon & Spa you can find her traveling, reading a good murder mystery or on the back of her husband’s Harley (yes, you read that right, she’s a baddie).

Meet Mindi Hooper. 💕

She is a native of the area and has been a hair stylist and nail tech for 33 years. Mindi enjoys making her clients feel like the best possible version of themselves. She specializes in quality haircuts, colors, and nail services. Mindi was a salon owner for 13 years. She brings a lot of professional experience and proficiency to her craft. She is a wife of 26 years and a mother of 3, two of the three are identical twin boys. When she’s not at you can find her fishing with her boys, shopping, or hanging with her best friends. Mindi is a true girl’s girl, when you leave her space you feel lighter, encouraged, and more confident.
