Meet Rachel, our skincare guru and the woman behind Luminate Esthetics. ✨
With 8 years in the industry, Rachel specializes in anti-aging facials and lymphatic face massage, with microneedling being her favorite service to provide. Her space at AIRE is such a reflection of her: beautiful, calming, elevated, and completely intentional.
Fun fact: Rachel actually lives in Florida and travels 5,000 miles every month for work, splitting her time between beach life and booked & busy weeks with her clients here in New Jersey. 🌴✨
She’s also working toward a really exciting next chapter for Lumi: opening a second location in Florida! We love getting to watch our renters dream bigger, grow their businesses, and create something entirely their own.

Three years of Yeimmy Nails It at AIRE 🥳💅✨
If you know Yeimmy, you know how insanely talented she is. The sets, the details, the nail art… she’s SO good at what she does. But beyond that, she’s just one of those people we genuinely love having here.
