This has been a heavy time in the world.
Many of us are carrying more than we realize.

So we are creating a small space to pause together.

Join us for an afternoon of sound healing and reiki, followed by tea and fellowship. A space to soften the nervous system, breathe deeply, and remember what it feels like to sit in gentle community.

✨ Saturday 3/28 • 3–5 PM
Sliding scale $25–$45

⚠️ Limited spaces available. Registration required.

Hi, I’m Kiannah Jones, a single mom, massage therapist, facilitator, organizor, and foster care survivor living at the Jersey Shore. I’ve been on SNAP myself, and I know what it’s like when the systems we rely on suddenly stop working.

That’s why I started The Little Sister Shutdown Relief Fund to help families, single parents, and neighbors who are struggling during the government shutdown. When Big Brother steps back, Little Sister steps forward.

This fund provides groceries, gas cards, rent help, diapers, and essentials for people impacted by paused benefits and assistance programs. It’s about compassion, not politics. It’s people helping people.
If you can give, please do. If you can share, that helps too. Every act of care matters.
