it’s spring shedding season 💗 with the change in seasons and climate, our bodies begin to shed that unwanted hair which includes eyelashes.

also, being familiar with the lash cycle will better help you schedule your fills. every eyelash is not on the same growth phase. telogen, is the last phase in which a baby lash grows inside the follicle leaving the old lash to shed. 50% of your lashes are in this stage and it lasts about 3-4 months.

while lash extensions are not damaging, it is great to give your lashes a rest so they maintain a healthy growth cycle 🌸
