After three years we are saying farewell. With the amount of blood, sweat, and tears that have gone into the business this was no easy decision & I held out to the bitter end. I’m not one to share my personal effects in the business space but with the perfect storm of life and business related events, trying to keep the business running, let alone being able to sustain a meager livelihood is not sustainable.

I appreciate those who have been loyal the last 3 years. Should I ever be a business owner in the south hills again, I hope to see that same love and support.

Just a gentle reminder that when you book an appointment, you are blocking off and reserving time from my schedule that can not be filled in short notice.

I understand life happens but if you know you’re unlikely to be able to keep a scheduled appointment, please call and ask for a same day service or add yourself to the virtual waitlist with your requested time.

Also, going forward if you do not have a card on file and you book an appointment by phone, you will receive an invoice for a nonrefundable prepaid deposit to hold your appointment. If it goes unpaid after 60 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.

I don’t like having to do this but several appointments have been no showed or cancelled last minute leaving me with holes in my schedule and no payment for my lost time. My cancellation policy is very clear and available when booking online.

Please understand that I do not get sick time, I do not get PTO, and I am only paid for the time you attend your services. I do a ton of unpaid labor behind the scenes and pay a substantial amount of money for overhead expenses. So when you don’t show up to your schedule appointment, your time slot has now cost me. I love being a massage therapist but at the end of the day, it is my job. Please respect my time so I can continue to deliver the quality services you expect.

Starting 10/21, I will be offering appointments on Monday and Friday evenings, Saturday hours will be unchanged.

Something new I will be trying, by advance request and arrangement, I will do Sunday appointments at an off hours rate.

I am in the process of finding another set of trusted hands, to offer you more availability in the studio with the same quality and caliber you expect.
