I’m loving this health journey I’m on! I’m doing Pure Barre and walking for the American Cancer Society(28 miles in February)! I’ve included my Mom and my daughter as accountability partners!

Exercise is more fun with a partner and it keeps you accountable, or at least for me!

I’m eating better, getting better sleep, more energy, increased flexibility, increased endurance, less pain, plus my clothes are fitting better and the scale needle 🪡 is moving down ⬇️!

When you feel good, you look good, you glow!
