If you guys missed my story, I’m doing this weird diet for 3 weeks.
This diet restricts a LOT of foods, but I’ve noticed it’s mainly just processed crap. I have to go as close as I can to whole foods as I can!
So since I’ve been thinking about food more, here is one of my lunches and what each food is good for✨

It is time😈

And to kick it off, we are starting with “The Peel” which is just a chemical peel with some add ons to help you heal!
Now I often have clients hesitant to get a chemical peel because of what they’ve seen on tiktok about the level of peeling. Yes it’s getting close to Halloween, but we don’t want to look like a mummy with layers coming off😅
The third slide is what you commonly see on social media. Layers of skin peeling off. Looking tight and cracked. Like you can’t show your face in public🫣
But slide four is more likely to happen! Dryness, flakiness, possibly some redness. But truly nothing crazy usually happens.
That first peel can ONLY be done by a medical professional! So even if you wanted that, I’m not the girl for you😂

One thing I often have people ask me about retinol is what age to start using it! There isn’t a specific age you shouldn’t start using, it all depends on your skin!
Teens: Not needed.
Early 20s: Can be introduced if you deal with texture.
Mid to late 20: Reasonable time to consider adding it to your routine.
30s: Definitely can become a common part of your routine for anti-aging.
Always be sure to wear SPF when using retinol!🎀
It’s just a silly joke, but holy crap. I get asked to do hair all the time😅 The only thing I know how to do with hair is wax it out, which I don’t think is what you want🤪
On a serious note, this is my job! These are things I do on a regular basis! I’ve seen it all and none of it scares me or will make me remember you in a weird way.
I always tell my first time clients that if I talk A LOT, it’s because I’m trying to distract you from what’s happening😅 I try to get your mind thinking “gosh does she ever shut up” rather than “oh this is gonna hurt”🤪
Fall and winter is a great time to start waxing! You don’t have to worry about being invited to the lake between waxes🫣 You’ve got it! You can do it! Let’s get your bush tamed 🤌

I know teens don’t have all the money in the world to spend on skincare. I ALSO know that parents typically don’t want to spend a million dollars on skincare.
So here is a list of products that I recommend to my teens! If not all, almost all of them can be found at Walmart or Target!
If you didn’t know, I also offer a facial SPECIFICALLY for teens! Only $35. We use very basic products that I select for your specific skin concerns and we chat about what you can do at home to help your skin! And this isn’t just for girls, I have many teenage boys who come in!
