"CLT" is the credential that distinguishes nationally recognized, advanced lymphatic training. No, not anyone can become a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT). It requires prior, valid, and unrestricted professional licensure in healthcare (such as PT, OT, Nurse, or Massage Therapist with 500+ hours) to be eligible for the required ~135 hours of specialized training.
