This is an emotional post for us, as we reflect on our journey. We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who has contributed to our success. The shop's accomplishments would not have been possible without your involvement. Ricky Sheaffer and Michael Allan established the business in 2020, during a time of uncertainty due to the pandemic. Nevertheless, we took a risk and launched Allan & Allen Hair Co. Our first employee was Lexs Hair Flexs, who has consistently demonstrated her commitment to the business. She has been diligent in acquiring knowledge and skills, from mastering her craft to handling the daily responsibilities of a shop owner. Interestingly, during her interview, she shared her aspiration to own a business within five years. After a year of managing the business remotely and facing challenges, we decided it was in the best interest of the business and all parties involved to offer Lex the opportunity to take over. Although it is difficult to relinquish control, we are confident that the business is in capable hands. We wish Lexi Hampson continued success and look forward to witnessing her growth as she leads Allan & Allen Hair Co. towards her vision. We extend our best wishes for her future endeavors.
