In 1931, Economy Beauty Supply's first orders were transported by Model T Ford and hand-delivered to its customers. Business grew steadily over the next 30 years, and in 1961, Bud Sammons was hired to manage the company. In 1963, he and three partners, all salesmen with EBS at that time, bought the company, which then became Economy Beauty Supply company, inc.
