About Us

This is the beginning of something special. K*t is being reimagined not just as a salon, but as a creative community. I stepped back for a time to raise my two beautiful girls, but now I’m laser-focused on growing K*T Hairhouse into a destination for beauty, creativity, and care in Bristol. This is your chance to be part of that journey, right from the start.

We foster a positive, drama-free environment where collaboration, creativity, and kindness are central. Clients and stylists alike should feel at home every step of the way. Your input matters here—whether it’s new services, events, or creative ideas, you’ll be empowered to contribute.

Position Details
• Independent Contractor (1099) – enjoy flexibility and independence.
• Must have an up-to-date cosmetology license.
• Commission-based, with additional commission on product sales.
• Hair color and professional products are supplied for use and retail.
• Flexible schedule with plenty of walk-by traffic to help build your clientele.

What We’re Looking For
• A licensed hairstylist passionate about hair color, cutting, and client care.
* knowledge about hair loss, extensions and wigs is a bonus, but not a deal breaker.
• Someone motivated to grow alongside a salon that’s in its early stages.
• A professional who thrives in a collaborative, drama-free environment.
• A stylist who embraces social media as part of the job:
• Posting regularly on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Using downtime in the salon to create content—photos, reels, tutorials, time-lapse videos, before-and-afters.
• Excited to build both their personal brand and represent K*T Hairhouse with pride.
