We were off today helping another local area shelter! So many wonderful people there helping so many furbabies waiting for their forever homes! And Thank you to all our supporters that help us give back! 🐶❤️🐱

Early to mid-May is when you can expect to hear folks around here talk about blackberry winter, our new soap available now, Berries & Cream is inspired by this little winter.
We've taken this sweet & creamy scent and started it off with a layer of goats milk soap. Next, we've embedded tiny red & black berries in a layer of light purple glycerin soap. Close your eyes and enjoy the perfect amount of fruitiness with sweetness this bar will bring to your shower!

Tennessee Farmers for years have observed little winters to plant their crops by. There is one that waits just around the corner when the graceful branches of the Dogwood tree start to bloom and tiny wildflowers start to decorate the country side. Here at KBS we are using that last cold snap of spring that helps the canes of one of our favorite things to grow as inspiration for the next soap in our line! Here is your *sneak peek* of our next soap releasing first week of May 2022! 🫐

*What is Koda Bear Soapworks you might ask?*
Koda Bear Soapworks was inspired when our rescue Koda found his way into our home and hearts! At that time my daughter and I were making melt n pour soaps for family and friends, but we always dreamed of doing more. By combining our love of animals with our love of giving back, a dream began to grow. That's where our love of animals comes in. For each bar we sell, a portion is set aside to be donated to buy food for local shelters/hospitals/rescues in our area at the end of the month!!!
That is what Koda Bear Soapworks is...our dream come true to bring our soaps into your home for you to enjoy while doing our part to help animals!

*So what kind of soaps do you make and what is in them?*
Our melt & pour goat’s milk soaps are currently offered in 5 scents:
Thai Lemongrass, Lavender, Jasmine, Stormy Seas and Patchouli/Sandalwood.

Ingredients are pretty simple: Coconut Oil , Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerin (kosher, of vegetable origin), Goat Milk, Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Sorbitol,Propylene Glycol (made from vegetable glycerin), Sorbitan Oleate (emulsifier), Oat Protein, Titanium Dioxide (mineral whitener used in opaque soap); clear glycerin base mixed with mica powders is used to give each bar its unique color.
The fragrance oils are phthalate-free, cruelty-free and are formulated for body care.

*How do we get your soaps and are they always available?*
All our soaps are handmade in Bristol, VA so we can deliver locally (within the Tri-Cities Area, VA/TN) or we can ship it to you depending on the size of your order via USPS. Soaps are made in small batches that need to set for a period of time to properly dry before packaging with care! So with that being said stock will run low from time to time so we will do our best to keep you updated on quantity available and fill orders placed within a few days! Currently we are available only on Facebook but other availability coming soon!

Introducing our brand new soap to the Koda Bear Soapworks line: Patchouli & Sandalwood
We've carefully blended the spicy yet musky tones of patchouli with the deep woody floral scent of sandalwood to make this beautiful 4.5oz bar. A classic marriage of two beautiful scents we are proud to add to our line of soaps. These bars can be purchased anytime for $7.00 each.

Our Feb 2022 donation went to the Sullivan County Animal Shelter. Donationing food, toys n treats for all the precious furbabies waiting for forever homes and being able to help the amazing staff there with supplies is what Koda Bear Soapworks loves to do!

We were excited to visit Washington County JC Animal Center today for our first donation of 2022! We got to donate a few extra things this month to help the shelter and feed furbabies! Thank you to everyone there for all you do! 🐶❤🐱

Ahoy mateys come set sail with us and Captain Jack's Minature Golf as we introduce our new soap "STORMY SEAS" added to Koda Bear Soapworks permanent line of soaps! This tricolor soap with a little charcoal mixed in will transport you and your shower to the ocean. And of course we can't forget the golden seahorse who sits on top of this magical soap, he's also scented the same!

This soap is available for purchase here at Koda Bear Soapworks for $7.00 or the folks around the Greenville, NC area can pick one up as they enjoy a round of golf with family n friends!

New things are coming in 2022!!! We are excited to announce we are setting sail on a new adventure. Next week we will be releasing our January soap which will be sold at Koda Bear Soapworks and created in partnership with another business to be sold there also!
