Let me explain 😏

Make no mistake; I’m working my ass off and chasing my goals alllll day, everyday. If you’ve known me for even a millisecond, you know, I love the hustle. Reaching for what’s next will always be a priority in my life. 👏🏼

But I’m no longer forcing or stressing over things that aren’t meant for me. I’ve spent the last 10 years getting upset over things that are out of my control or stressing when a situation doesn’t play out (the way I imagined in my head). 😅

Here’s what shifted 👇🏻

✨ Perspective. I started looking at things from everyone’s point of view. Not just my own. Being more communicative at work and my personal life.

✨ Intentional relationships. Surrounding myself with people who want to lift each other. Collaboration over competition.

✨ Listening to understand, not respond. This one I’m still working on. Hard conversations, usually mean high emotions. Keeping calm and having compassion is a huge help.

All of these things will be a work in progress for the rest of my life. But I’m embracing what’s mine and what is to come and a new season of growth 💚

There’s not a single moment I would change.

This life is so beautiful and I don’t take it for granted for one second. And I’m so grateful for those along my journey who have shaped it.
