I’ve spent the weekend trying to find the words to express the amount of gratitude and love that I felt Friday night at our event. We had over 200 amazing people show up… for us 💕 that is something to be damn proud of. Everyone was so happy to be there, smiling laughing and genuinely enjoying themselves. To be able to host and put on these fun get togethers is truly amazing.

I need to put credit where it is deserved and that is to our salon manager, jessica swalbach she is the star behind these events and the powerhouse making it all come together. Each one we learn a little more, work out kinks, find new kinks and make it better then the last. I put so much trust in this woman and truly love you with all of my heart. I also want to thank my team… for believing in us and wanting to make these possible. Everyone comes together and stays late cleaning up, setting up, coming together to do whatever it takes! My team also consists of some pretty amazing family members and close friends that are always willing to step up and help out- without hesitation. And that very cute young man in all the photos is my favorite cheerleader- he’s always talking us up, loves coming to work with me and loves watching our success. He’s gonna be famous one day I swear 😂

We had almost 20 vendors show up! That’s HUGE! The tinis were 🤌🏻 I just can’t wrap my head around how great this night was! So thank you- thank you all for showing up for us and continuing loving us.. we love our small community and appreciate you’re support ❤️

I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July and was able to get some good old fashion fun and family time in!! I had a few days off to spend with family, friends and get some real R&R in- it was beyond lovely!

After returning to work today-low on fuel from being up with a sick girl most of the night I felt extremely emotional. Upon entering the salon was a young wemoco student who greeted me at the door with a beautiful smile and a welcoming hello- she is our newest shadow. She had cleaning cloths in hand and was just bustling around. As I got settled for my day I couldn’t help but notice how clean, put together and polished the slaon looked. My girls all smiling and laughing, of course happy to see me 😂 no but really they were just totally living life doing their things. And it all hit me- I’ve built this from the bottom up. I’ve given these beautiful women a place to be comfortable in, to grow in and to learn in, to laugh, to cry and that- that is what I call success.

It's truly humbling to reflect on the incredible team and family-like atmosphere we've cultivated over the years. The dedication, talent, and sheer beauty of the women who come together daily to serve our community is what truly defines us. Watching my stylists grow and prosper, both personally and professionally, is an especially rewarding part of Truly’s journey. While social media often gets put to the wayside forgetting to take the pics and posts the tik toks, it's the consistent effort and unwavering support we offer each other, both within our team and to our guests, that truly makes this such a special place. I feel incredibly fortunate. I feel an overwhelming amount of love for my team. And I feel so damn proud of every single one of us.
