Cancellation Policy Update Due To the Increase of Last-Minute Cancellations and Reschedules Recently!

Going forward, my cancellation or reschedule policy will be changing from a 24-hour notice to a 48-hour notice prior to your appointment. This change is being made to protect my time and availability and to ensure I can continue providing the level of service and availability my clients deserve. It takes weeks to get in with me without an existing appointment, and I want to be available to those who are going to show up.

The fee will need to be paid before you can schedule your next appointment, or your future appointments will not be honored.

I intentionally do not keep a surplus of clients waiting to receive my services so that I can fully serve my existing clients. Because of this, I need additional time to fill any cancelled appointment slots.

Remember my reminders go out 24 hours before your appointment, the fee will still apply.

I truly appreciate your understanding, your continued support, and the trust you’ve placed in me over the years. Thank you for your business and for allowing me to do what I love—I’m grateful for each of you.

Switching to online scheduling only allows me to set up reminders to come 24 hours in advance to you. Please make sure you put your dates with me in your personal calendar so you don’t forget or plan other things because the cancellation policy is still in place for not canceling within 24 hours of your appt. I wanted to share with you my secret I’ve been holding for a few weeks!!

Effective May 30th I’m moving to Robert Luft Salon at 1095 S Aspen Ave in Broken Arrow! I feel this move is a great change and at the right time for all of us! I will send out reminders closer to your appointment to remind you of the move! All appointments scheduled previously will transfer over to the new salon!

Please remember that appointments scheduled this week and next week will be at the same place. Memorial Day weekend is when this change takes place!
