Showing up for myself changed how I show up for my clients. I'm currently down 84 lbs since 2.15.25. At first it wasn’t about a number. This was about my health, my energy, my mindset, and how I felt walking into the shop every day. I was constantly tired and easily irritated. I was embarrassed about my weight and most time I avoided people outside of work. I avoided family gatherings and any invites anywhere. I avoided myself. I fell into a depression and it started to affect work. I knew I couldn’t keep showing up half ass in life or for the people in my chair. So I started making changes, slowly and consistently. With that I’ve learned when you take care of yourself, you show up different. I'm more present, I'm more patient and I'm more intentional. And it's not just for my clients, IT'S FOR ME. I'm still a work in progress, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
