Hey Everyone!! I don’t typically make posts like this but I just thought I would publicly post my cancellation policy instead of telling you in person and having y’all read it on the client consent forms.

I know we are only human and things happen! But also please understand that this is a small business and we value your time as much as you guys value ours!

Cancellations/reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment(s) will not be charged per appointment.

Cancellations/reschedules, made within 24 hours of the appointment(s) will be charged 50% of their total appointment. If a special is booked, full price of that special will be charged.

Same day cancellation will be charged the full amount for all booked appointments. This includes when you have multiple services booked on the same day. (For example: You booked leg sugar, lash extensions, and a facial. If one of the services are cancelled at time of appointment, such as legs you will be charged for that service.)

No shows will be charged the full amount for all booked appointments. Credit Cards must be on file to book. After (3) cancellations with any fees, a prepayment will be required to schedule. All appointments will require a card to be saved on file. Any returned fees will be billed back to the client and a $25 fee will be added.

🚨My books will be closing August 1st for new clients & clients that are not currently on my books! 🚨

Firstly, I just want to say thank you so much to my amazing clientele! Without you guys this definitely would not be possible. With that being said I have a big announcement!

I am going back to school in August! This would not be possible without you guys supporting my small business and I truly appreciate it!

Books are closing due to me only being able to work one day a week as of right now, which would be every Saturday.

Certain services will not be provided during this time. However, the amazing & talented esthetician .iantskinesthetics will be in my room Sunday - Thursday providing the services I will not offer anymore (A list of services will be out soon).

The amazing Kaylee / .esthetics will be accepting/ taking my overflow of lash clients, meaning if I am booked that week and you need a fill, she will be available to take you in for an appointment!

The other amazing estheticians at AfterGlow will also be available for services!
