I really hate to do this but unfortunately I have to.

Effectively immediately, the following policies will be put into place:

No Call/No Shows and last minute cancellations (within 24hrs) will be charged 75% of the appointment amount.
(I understand emergencies happen and I will absolutely take those into consideration).

New clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit for color upon booking.
For haircuts, a $15 deposit will be required.
This is non refundable and I will allow 1 reschedule with that, provided I am given more than 24 hours notice.
You will be considered a new client if it has been more than 6 mos since our last appointment.

I hope everyone can understand. I must protect my business and financial security.
