FRIENDS: We are sold out of the SEAPLASMA spray. I hope that most of our group was able to get the spray this time around! We are getting quite a few emails asking when the next batch of spray will be available. I need to confirm a date with our manufacturer but my best guess right now is about 4-5 weeks. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: SEAPLASMA friends - the spray will be available again on our website this Friday, 5/15, starting at 12PM PST or 3PM EST!!! Remember that we have many more bottles for sale this time so I fully expect that everyone who wants the spray will be able to get it. Keep in mind that there is a limit of 2 bottles for each product so no one will be able to purchase more than 2 bottles of spray. There is a total limit of 6 items per order (i.e. someone could purchase 2 spray, 2 shampoo, and 2 gel). When it does eventually sell out, we have more bottles ready to go to the manufacturer to be filled. I want to thank all of you again for your patience and support - it's your love and loyalty that brought SEAPLASMA back!

UPDATE ON THE SPRAY: Good news - I just spoke with our manufacturer and they are putting us on the calendar for next week to begin making the next batch of spray! They anticipate filling the bottles during the week of April 27th. We then need to get it to the fulfillment center so if all goes as planned, it should be available again by the second week of May at the latest! Will keep you all posted! SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS: Many of our group were unable to place orders today because of a shipping error message. I am so sorry. We have been working for hours to try to figure out what happened. We use Shopify as the e-commerce platform for our website and there is virtually zero customer support for problems. We finally figured out that the system wasn’t calculating shipping for more than 2 bottles so if someone had 3 or more bottles in their shopping cart, they got a message that there was a problem with the shipping “address.” This will be fixed and should not happen again!!!

THE SPRAY SOLD OUT BUT MORE IS COMING !
Friends: the spray sold out very fast but I promise that more is coming soon. The new blue bottles should arrive at the manufacturing facility next week and the manufacturer will give us a date for the next batch. There will be 1500 bottles produced in the next run. If that sells out, there are more bottles ready to be filled. Everyone who wants the spray will get it.

SEAPLASMA All Purpose Skin and Hair Moisturizer: Results of the Feedback Form:
I want to thank everyone who took the time to respond to the Feedback Form. We asked former users to compare the fragrance and the moisturizing effects of the old and new spray.
Here are the results:
71% said the fragrance was the same or a close match.
12% said the fragrance was different but they liked it.
16% said the fragrance was different and they did not like it.
83% said the moisturizing effects were the same or better.
16% said the moisturizing effects were not as good.
The feedback was very helpful. Basically, we had 83% of former users who were happy with the fragrance. Unfortunately, we had 16% of former users who were not happy. Based on the feedback, we are going to continue to use the same fragrance for now. Next post will be about my ideas related to the fragrance as we move forward.

SEAPLASMA: The Fragrance – A brief Recap.

For newer followers who may not be familiar with prior posts about the fragrance: The original fragrance was discontinued many years ago. There were ingredients in the original fragrance that can no longer be used today since they are not considered “safe” by the fragrance industry’s current standards. The perfumer who developed the fragrance that we are using now was the head of the Fragrance company that developed the original scent. He has tried his best to match the original. For users (including myself) who still have old product and are comparing the smells, the perfumer says that there are ingredients in the original fragrance that would have degraded over time and this would affect the smell of old product. Next post will be sharing the results of the Feedback Form.
