is one of my favorite events of the year. This was my second year going, and I always leave feeling inspired and like I want to push myself even more. My favorite part is honestly just being in the same room with everyone learning together.
Even as an advanced lash artist, I still learn so much. Whether it’s how I can be a better educator for my students and mentees, or just different ways people approach lashing or even how they communicate what they do. Even when it’s something I already feel confident in, I still find myself picking up new things.
Events like this really remind me of my bigger goal. One day I want to be on that stage too, sharing what I’ve learned with the lash community.
And what makes it even more special is the people. Getting to come together with others who support you, celebrate each other, and just share that kind of energy is everything. You step out of your comfort zone, compete alongside your lash besties, and yes winning would be nice, but watching your friends, the people who inspire you, bring home trophies hits different.
At the end of the day, it’s not really about beating anyone. It’s about pushing yourself. Getting uncomfortable. Building confidence. And becoming better than you were before as a lash artist.

These work trips truly change your life. You get to meet the girls who’ve supported you online and turn those connections into real friendships with people who understand you. You learn new things, step out of your comfort zone, and push yourself to grow. I feel so lucky to have my lash besties. I wouldn’t have met them without opportunities like this.
And a huge thank you to my lash boss battle models. Thank you for sticking with me through my self doubt and always pushing me to be my best. I’m so grateful for you guys for believing in me since day one of my lash journey 🥹🩷
