As you can tell, the lashes remain completely untouched! 🚫 It’s truly disheartening to witness lash artists (or service providers in general) edit their work to appear vastly different from the actual finished result.

While I fully support minor edits or touch-ups to enhance a photo’s polish and cohesion, altering it to the point where it no longer reflects the raw reality doesn’t sit right with me.

Clients are drawn to what you share—that’s why they choose your services. By heavily editing, you mislead potential clients into expecting results like dark lash lines, perfectly even lashes, or lifted looks that weren’t actually delivered. It’s unfair and creates false expectations.

Although I do appreciate each and every one of my clients I need to readdress my cancellation policy. I try my hardest to accommodate everybody’s different schedules, including mine. And, I do believe I’ve been extremely lenient thus far. I always give the benefit of the doubt that my clients will show up for me like I show up for them.

I understand emergencies and unfortunate circumstances arise, we’re all human and sometimes life isn’t always lifin’. I totally get it. I just ask that my time and my policies be respected.

I’ve been getting a lot of no shows and last minute cancellations. When you no show or cancel at the last minute I lose out on filling that spot, bc let’s face it, everybody has a life.

Please communicate any mishaps with me within 24 hours of your appointment. In the event that you cancel within 24hrs a 50% cancellation fee will incur. No shows and same day cancellations will result in 100% service charge. All fees must be paid in order to book your next appt. No exceptions.
