Just spent two amazing days in San Diego at the Master Balayage Hero Retreat! Walking in, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but by the end of day two, I was completely mind-blown. It’s easy to feel pigeonholed in this industry, but events like this remind me of how incredible this industry is and how you can expand in so many different ways!
I picked up so many tips on balayage, extensions, and haircuts, and listening to the inspiring speakers share their journeys was priceless. Plus, connecting with fellow hairstylists has me filled with creativity! ✨
