Lisa Beth Lent is a holistic health educator, a licensed massage therapist, a group instructor, and reiki master. She has been working with groups since 2015 leading wellness programs and somatic movement sessions helping people get to the root and heal inflammatory conditions that are stress and lifestyle related.
