It’s not often that I have a no-show or last-minute cancellation, but every once in a while it happens. I completely understand that life is unpredictable and emergencies come up. If you’re unable to make your appointment, I simply ask that you let me know as soon as possible.

As a small business owner and a mom of two toddlers, every appointment takes planning. I have to get my little ones up, dressed, and arrange childcare before I head to the studio early to get everything set up and sanitized for your appointment.

When someone doesn’t show up or cancels at the last minute without letting me know, it doesn’t just leave an empty spot in my schedule. It also means I’ve disrupted my family’s day, my babysitter’s time, and lost time that was reserved just for you.

I truly try to be as understanding and accommodating as possible because I know life happens, especially with kids. All I ask is for communication. A quick text or message makes such a big difference, and I always appreciate the courtesy.
