To feel, listen and learn from our bodies... Sentí, in Italian, means to feel, to listen, and to learn.
Soma can have many meanings: body, as in somatic, or in Italian, it means burden, load or weight. To me these words are a sum of what I hope to help each client strive for… to feel, to hear, to listen, and to learn from their bodies and burdens. It is my goal to help each client work towards harmony within their body.
