A friendly appointment reminder from The Formula 🤍

When you book a service, we reserve time specifically for you—sometimes several hours. Last-minute changes leave a gap that another guest could have filled.

Any changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice—including choosing to skip or reduce services upon arrival—will be charged the full amount of the services originally booked. This includes choosing removal only when a reinstall was scheduled.

No-show appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

If you’re considering changing your services, please reach out at least 24 hours beforehand so we can discuss your options and adjust your appointment.
