Founded in 2012 in Omaha, Nebraska, Naptroyal Hair Care was created by Meya “Ms. Fix It” Wright, a Loctician with 15+ years of experience dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, thriving hair.

After seeing that many products found in beauty supply stores weren’t meeting the needs of natural hair, Meya began formulating her own blends using nourishing, natural ingredients. Each product was tested, refined, and proven on real clients, delivering results that spoke for themselves.

In 2018, Naptroyal Hair Care expanded to Houston, Texas, where the brand continued to grow and earned the trust of customers looking for quality natural hair care.

As the vision evolved, the brand became Nappyhead Essentials, celebrating the beauty and uniqueness of every loc journey and the many styles that make our community so diverse.

Today, we’ve come full circle.

We’re proud to relaunch as Naptroyal Hair Care in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota—returning to the name that started it all while carrying forward years of experience, growth, and dedication.
