Introducing Skin Neutrality Day—a day celebrating NOT celebrating our skin. 💟 It's about recognizing that:

✨ Skin is neither good nor bad, it just *is*
✨ Our skin shouldn't be a topic of conversation in social settings
✨ Flare-ups are far from fun, they really suck
✨ Unsolicited skincare advice needs to stop (if you’re about to tell someone how to treat their acne unprovoked, don’t)
✨ You don’t have to feel beautiful in your skin, and that’s okay.

While the skincare industry has embraced the concept of skin positivity in recent years, it often doesn't align with the daily reality of millions of people dealing with chronic skin conditions like eczema or acne. And we don’t have to feel joy about or embrace conditions that cause extreme discomfort and significantly impact our mental health.

There is nothing wrong with practicing skin positivity if that’s what empowers you! But for those who can’t relate to experiencing positive feelings about their skin, is for you. The discussion around skin neutrality has been quiet for too long, and we're here to make it loud.

We’re looking for someone who meets this criteria at minimum:

• Highly skilled in treating skin of color
• Inclusive to all genders
• Enjoys creating an unforgettable, luxury customer experience
• Eager to continue learning
• Knowledgeable in skin conditions, advanced procedures, and retail
• Available full time and able to start in September
