I want to take a moment to update you all on a few important booking policies moving forward.

I’ve always tried to be as flexible and understanding as possible, because I truly value each and every one of you. However, to continue providing the level of service you deserve, I do need to enforce my policies a bit more consistently.

✨ A valid card must be on file and able to be charged if necessary
✨ No-shows and last-minute cancellations will result in a fee
✨ If a previous fee is unable to be processed, it will be added to your next appointment
✨ All appointments now require a deposit to secure your time
✨ Full payment prior to service will no longer be accepted

I completely understand that life happens, and I always try to be fair—but please understand that your appointment time is reserved just for you.
