A space for healing & recharging! We've been trying to share the amazing benefits of Full Spectrum Infrared Saunas for all of our years here in Park Slope and now are so happy to also be offering a space for a rotating group of amazing healers and practitioners who can use our healing rooms to see clients who want to combine their services with the Infrared Sauna.

Things you can do here

Privately booked rooms for you, or you & your chosen guests (NOT a communal sauna experience)

3 styles of Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna
Large - tons of space for 1, or can seat up to 4 guests
Small - space for 1, or can seat up to 2 guests
Movement - A large sauna with the bench removed so that you can lift weights, do chair yoga, and stretch within the Infrared Light
