💫 Why does the color look too light after the first session — and why is that actually a good thing?
Sometimes after the first permanent makeup session, clients worry:
“The color looks too light, not as bright as I expected…”
🌿 Here’s why this is normal — and even the right approach.
My philosophy as a professional artist is to work as delicately and safely as possible to protect your beauty and long-term comfort.
✅ After the first session, we always create a soft base. The color appears lighter because the skin is still healing, the pigment is settling, and at this stage, it’s important not to overload your face.
✅ Any technician could use tattoo pigments, dense mixes, and implant the pigment deep and heavy.
The result?
👉 At first, your brows, lips, or eyeliner will “please” you with their brightness — in quotes.
👉 But in a year or two, the color may shift to unwanted tones: red, blue, gray, green.
👉 Correction will be difficult, costly, and sometimes impossible without laser removal.
✨ I choose a different path.
I implant the pigment gently so the result looks natural — not like a tattoo that lasts 20 years.
That’s exactly why a touch-up is important: it secures and perfects the final shade.
🌸 Remember:
High-quality permanent makeup is a two-step process, not a miracle in one go.
💌 If you’d like to discuss what color would suit you best or have questions — message me! I’ll always give you honest advice on what to expect.

Let’s talk about an important topic that every client should be aware of before getting a lip blush tattoo.
⚡ Why can cold sores appear after the procedure?
Permanent makeup is a microtrauma to the skin. Even if you haven’t had a cold sore in a long time, the herpes virus can become active because the procedure stimulates your immune system and triggers a protective response.
⚡ When do symptoms usually appear?
If the virus activates, the first signs (tingling, itching, or small blisters) usually show up around day 2 to 5 after the procedure.
⚡ Why is it important to tell your artist?
✅ If you ever had a cold sore in the past, please let me know in advance. I will advise you to speak with your doctor about getting a prescription for antiviral medication (usually started on the day of the procedure or as your doctor recommends).
✅ Sharing this information helps prevent complications and protects your beautiful results.
⚠ Important! Even if you’ve never had an active cold sore, the virus can stay dormant in the body. Taking precautions is the best way to care for yourself and your final look.
💌 If you’d like to book or have questions — feel free to message me! I’ll be happy to guide you through the preparation.
