Today’s SUNDAY RESET included a walk around my church checking out the businesses in the area and ended in a quiet Resturaunt having sushi and Gratitude journaling . Instead of writing about goals for the week ahead to get me to “ where I want to be “ today’s focus was just on being Grateful for where I was Now what I already have .
