B***S!! Do I have your attention? Good. lol A good sports bra is important. I never want to be in a class or on the treadmill holding on to my girls. It can lead to them being not so perky. (I take pride in my Fs) With that said I am trying out a new bra from Berlei and I love it. I honestly forgot the girls were there and I didn't have to play with my straps. My girls stayed in and I enjoyed my workout. Check out there website...it's worth the investment!

New Year, New Sneakers!! If you are wearing sneakers from like 3 years ago...please stop. Fitness begins at your feet. I change mine ever 6 months. A pair for running and a pair for classes/weight lifting/dancing. Wearing old sneakers can affect your workout. Take time to invest in you.

12 days of fitness: This is a total body workout that I did with my clients the other day. A total body workout and a fun fitness game rolled into one! Start with 1 and add on so 1, 2 then 1, then 3, 2, 1 and so forth....:
1 dozen jumping jacks
2 squats
3 incline push ups
4 jump squats
5 triceps dips
6 alternating leg lifts
7 toe touches
8 alternating lunges
9 jump up squats(they had to jump up on a stair in squat position)
10 Lower Ab Lifts
11 Calf Raises
12 Twisting Planks
