Toes: Part 3 🦶
This week we challenge our toes to isolate in a new direction!
If you’ve tried the first 2 parts, it should be interesting to see if this one feels easier or harder.
And if you haven’t tried them, be sure to go back and give it a go!
You may just wake up some dormant foot muscles and leave your feet feeling refreshed and your whole self more grounded.

It’s toe time again 🦶
This is the 2nd in a series of toe exercises that may challenge and surprise you.
You don’t have to go in order! Any thoughtful (*pain free*) movement of any joint is beneficial.
We don’t often focus on these muscles like this and you may discover an ability to move your toes in ways you didn’t think possible!
👉 Start small and be patient
👉 It’s more about isolation and less about big moves
👉 Practice while you do dishes or brush your teeth
👉 Tune in next week for more toe challenges!

Find something for balance support and let's tip like the little teapots we are!
Hamstrings (back of your thighs) are the focus here and this is a great way to work them while standing.
