Yes, yes, yes! For the love of God, please wash your scalp and hair! 2 to 3 times a week is typically recommended for most, or once a week at the bare minimum for some hair types. The no washing thing is b.s. and D.H.T causes hair loss, and that stuff gets trapped on a dirty scalp.
