April is a super special month over here in the SacredValley Realm!! Not only is it my birth month but TODAY, April 1st, is the day SacredVallley Adornments officially became an LLC!! It's My Business Birthday!!
Which perfectly aligns with April being Earth Month, but did you know it's also National Minority Health Month, National Gardening Month and the month in which we celebrate Black Maternal Health Week (4/11-4/17)? All things completely relevant to me and my business, almost like April and I/SVA were made for each other lol.
Either way, Spring has Sprung and it's time to celebrate!

Happy WOMEN'S History Month!!!

Some of you may not be aware that Women's/Reproductive Health is a specification of mine as an herbalist who also wears the hat of a doula but I'm here to make it known, and offer you a deal while at it!!

As humans, our health starts on the inside with what we eat, drink, think and believe. One of the many ways our ancestors prioritized their health was by staying connected to nature, through labor, through diet choices and cycles and through ritual. Tea drinking is one practice that brings all of these aspects of connection together- the labor of picking/selecting the appropriate leaves, herbs or flowers; the dietary choice to use tea as both a preventative and treatment measure; the ritual of steeping and slowly sipping. Tea drinking is one of my personal favorite practices, giving me the opportunity to not only slow down but to also learn about and connect with nature as so many plants, herbs and flowers can be used to make tea.
I use my love and knowledge of tea at SacredValley Adornments LLC to craft blends that are easy to add to your routine to finally give your insides some of the love and care they need. And like all of my products, my tea blends are crafted out personal need or experience or by request. One of the 2 blends I currently keep in stock is crafted especially for the WombMen- women, havers of wombs, menstruators, the postpartum, pre- and post-menopausal!! And since March is Women's History Month, I'm putting it on sale for the first time ever!!!
