NEW: New York businesses to welcome travelers to John F. Kennedy International Airport - JFK's New Terminal One
The new terminal, expected to open in 2026, will feature travel essentials brought to you by three graduates of The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey's Institute of Concessions (IOC): Beautiful Amore Skincare, Rincón Salvadoreño, and BKLYN BLEND.
The IOC offers extensive training and mentoring to help local and diverse businesses competitively bid for concession opportunities as we completely transform the airport.
“Our airports [are] the first impression of the New York-New Jersey area for millions of international travelers, so it is vital that our $19 billion redevelopment of JFK includes diverse local businesses from our local community to provide that distinct New York sensibility as travelers move through JFK,” said Port Authority Executive Director Rick Cotton.
“There is no place like New York, and these local businesses help JFK reflect that unique New York energy as an exciting part of travelers’ memories of their time here.”

Myself alongside with Queen Founder of Global Women Wealth Warriors and .zcoleman planted trees in the rich soil of Tanzania on behalf of the Sharon Ringo Foundation.
Ashante Sana for giving us the opportunity to plant a lasting legacy. We come together with high frequencies, love and passion for a mission that will impact the world. The trees we planted and continue to plant will leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.
Planting trees as a business owner who creates products with all plant based ingredients has also highlighted the importance of this mission for me. If there are no plants then there would be no natural ingredients available to create the products that heal us. Plants Heal, Plants Love… A Tree is Life ❤️
