🍃She’s had her Sisterlocks for over a decade. We trimmed about three inches, so the ends shaped into a “V” instead of tapering into a tail, then went in with light extensions to blend and camouflage the breakage.

🍃Here’s the truth nobody says: there are healthy locs, and there are colored locs, but the likelihood of having both is low. Are there exceptions? Yes. K18 has been a solid line for restoration, but don’t push it. Locs are a collection of shedded hair.

🍃Instead of being relegated to dark brown or an off black color, we kept a shadow root and attached #27 0.1cm. One more 4-hour session to fill in the perimeter and she’s done.
