This summer is about being outside for both the turn up AND the level up! I stopped by the 5th Annual Run the World Expo hosted by Women In Power Collective and listened to a powerful panel by PR Girl Manifesto

We talked burnout, ambition, boundaries, and what it really costs to “have it all.”

My biggest takeaway is that we have the power to redefine what wellness looks like for ourselves, and we don’t have to put a timeline on when we reach our goals. Let’s not burn ourselves out trying to check every box on the checklist. ✨

Promise this my mood 4 EVA! Juneteenth weekend with the girls was nothing short of amazing. I love it when the plans make it out of the group chat.

I made this video on Friday 6/12 and the won on Saturday 6/13. It’s really about to be a New York City summer. The cookouts, kickbacks, block parties, community and vibes will all be on the next level! I love traveling buttttttt I wanna be mainly in my city this summer.

BARBIE DUNKIN DREAMHOUSE
was so cuteeeee! I love all things pink so when UNKIN’ heard that Dunkin had this pop up going on I had to see for myself. While I was sitting there a few teens came in and said “she looks like a Barbie” and I turned to see who the beautiful woman was they were talking about and yallll they were talking about me That warmed my heart so much!!!

Yes be prepared to be celebrated by me ! Don’t get alarmed lmaooooo!

I used to be an “all or nothing” type of person meaning I wouldn’t enjoy my life until EVERYTHING was perfect. I didn’t allow myself to appreciate the areas I was winning in, if I wasn’t winning all across the board.
Nowadays I love the part of me that is still figuring out life. I allow myself to have joy and fun even when everything isn’t perfect!
