I’ve called, I’ve emailed. I still have yet to get a response from Katherine. Some students have been successful with getting a refund through their banks, others have not. I’ve been told through legal counsel that the next steps would be to have the students complain through her yelp page or the Better Business Bureau. I wasn’t CC’d on any of that correspondence and was informed by another student. Unfortunately, is holding onto the deposits and is refusing to refund you all. The deposits were through her site and I don’t have access to it. She hasn’t responded to my recent emails requesting for constant information of my students so they can be properly addressed.
