✨ Follicular swelling after laser hair removal is NORMAL ✨

Girls, let’s calm down right away 🙌
What you see in the photo is follicular swelling (small bumps around the hair follicles),
and it is not a burn, not an allergy, and not a complication.

💡 What does it mean?
The laser heats the hair follicle, and the skin responds with a protective reaction — a mild swelling appears around the hair.
👉 It’s like “goosebumps,” just after the procedure.

✅ This is actually a GOOD sign
• the laser hit the target
• the follicle was properly heated
• the procedure worked effectively

🕒 How long does it last?
Usually:
• from 30 minutes to a few hours
• sometimes up to 24 hours
And it goes away on its own, without leaving marks.

🌿 What to do after the procedure:
✔️ Moisturize the skin (aloe, panthenol, light fragrance-free cream)
✔️ Avoid hot showers, saunas, and workouts for the first 24 hours
✔️ Don’t rub or exfoliate the skin
✔️ Use SPF on exposed areas ☀️

🚫 What NOT to do:
❌ Panic
❌ Think “something is wrong with me”
❌ Compare your reaction to a friend’s (everyone’s skin is different)

🤍 Important:
Swelling may be more noticeable on sensitive areas and with dark, coarse hair — and that is completely normal.
