Additionally, overall deficiency of Yang energy is also a contributing factor. It's similar to how puddles form in areas that don't receive sunlight.
This exercise is divided into three parts:
1. Leg kicks strengthen the leg muscles, thereby enhancing spleen function.
2. Tightening the abdominal muscles during leg kicks helps reduce abdominal fat.
3. Clapping improves overall circulation and metabolism, boosting Yang energy.

Baihui (GV20) is the channel connecting the human body to the universe; Yongquan (KI1) is the channel connecting the human body to the earth; and Laogong (PC8) is the channel connecting the human body to mountains, rivers, and vegetation. Tapping these two acupoints with Laogong helps us communicate with heaven and earth, fostering harmony with nature—what Taoists call "the unity of heaven and man."
Baihui is closely connected to the brain; tapping it provides beneficial stimulation to the brain's nerves, improving memory. Yongquan is the source of kidney water; the kidneys govern the brain, and good kidney function is the foundation of good memory.
Baihui is the convergence point of Yang meridians, boosting energy and raising low blood pressure; Yongquan, as the first acupoint of the Kidney Meridian, can conserve energy, clear the heart and reduce fire, lower high blood pressure, and improve sleep.
Laogong belongs to the heart; tapping Baihui and Yongquan with Laogong promotes the balance of heart fire and kidney water, and the balance of Yang and Yin energies.
This is a crucial exercise with immense benefits.
