Join us in community for our first Prema Run Club fundraiser with 💫

🏃‍♂️ Saturday May 30th!

We’ll meet outside PREMA for a brief warm-up before a guided 3K group run to Fort Greene Park and back, followed by a 45-minute yoga flow designed to stretch, restore, and reset after the run.

All levels are welcome -  runners, joggers, and walk/joggers encouraged.

After class, head to our dear friends at The Good Batch  for a complimentary drip coffee and optional hang outside together. ☀️

$25 donation benefiting the Prema Hummingbirds community pantry (which will be starting as you get back from your run!)

Schedule
    •    8:00 AM - Meet at PREMA + dynamic warm-up outside in the square
    •    8:10 AM -  3K group run to Fort Greene Park + back
    •    8:40 AM - quick transition to Prema 45-minute yoga flow
    •    9:25 AM onward - Coffee/Tea at Good Batch

1. NEW Community Class $15 — starts Monday May 11th, 7:15-8:10am @ Prema Clinton Hill
Created to expand access while supporting the next generation of teachers. Classes are led by recent teacher training graduates, providing them with meaningful teaching experience as they refine their voice.
This reduced rate intends to make
practice more accessible while fostering a sense of shared growth within our community.

2. We have teamed up with our new boutique clean fragrance brand to add enhanced Intuition & Mindfulness to a special Mother’s Day pre and postnatal class with fragrance gifting. If you’re staying in town this is perfect for you!

3. COSMIC REIKI LEVEL 1 starts May 15th!
Reiki is also known as an ancient hands-
on healing art that anyone can learn to cultivate for wellness, balance, and transformation.
In this training, we explore Reiki not only as a healing modality, but as a conscious way of being. Through cultivating Reiki awareness, we awaken our innate ability to channel life-force energy and embody greater wholeness. Sign-ups open! 💫

5. DharmaLab with Will Duncan, Thursdays 5pm - 6pm @ PREMA Clinton Hill.
Last three Thursdays of DharmaLab with Will before he goes back to Arizona! Soak it up - we highly recommend making the most of Will’s incredible and important sessions before he leaves town.
