Working with pressure points and the meridian lines that carry your chi energy through the body, we work to readjust your circulatory, eliminatory and respiratory systems, to allow your body to function holistically the way it naturally should. e, Thai massage, Swedish massage, Meridian Therapy, principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupressure and Reflexology. Working with yogic breath work through out, I work through tension using Remedial and Deep Tissue Massage techniques, using stretches and adjustments to find and eliminate residual tightness or blockages in the body. The body is one holistic organism and I don't believe that dealing with one part in isolation is as effective as dealing with the whole person... I look to identify and diagnose the source of any pains and develop a treatment plan for your whole body and its unique, beautifully powerful way of healing itself, if we let it.

Full body chi release, including head/face, neck, full shoulder treatment, stomach treatment, full leg/knee, hands and feet. The energy of each session is carefully considered, I bring to you carefully selected aromatherapy oils and incense, candles and music to create the perfect healing space to soothe all senses.
