I just wanted to say something that’s been on my mind.
If you’ve ever had a bad experience at The Chic Nail House I’m asking you to please come to me. Whether it was something that happened recently or even months ago, I truly want to know.
Lately I’ve heard about a few situations that happened a long time ago, and it honestly made me sad because I had no idea. Some of the employees involved aren’t even with us anymore, and I never got the chance to fix the situation or make things right.
I’m not perfect and no salon is, but I promise I care. I care about every client that walks through our doors, and I care about the reputation of my business. If something isn’t right, please give me the opportunity to make it right before you write us off.
I appreciate every single person who chooses The Chic Nail House, and I’m always open to honest feedback. We can’t grow if we don’t know what needs to be better. Xoxo Des
