With 23 years behind the chair, Lauren specializes in gray blending, custom color, haircuts & special occasion styling, but what she loves most is helping people feel like the very best version of themselves.

Her love of butterflies began growing up alongside her dad, who raised and studied them. Watching their transformation shaped the way Lauren sees beauty:

National Stepfamily Day September 16, 2026 ❤️⚾️

Seven people. Two families. One beautiful, crazy, imperfect, completely ours kind of love. ❤️

Our MurSchick family of 7 may not have started the way we imagined, but somehow, life brought us exactly where we were meant to be.

Blending a family takes patience, grace, forgiveness, understanding, and A LOT of love. It means learning new traditions, creating new memories, navigating the hard days, celebrating the little victories, and choosing each other over and over again.

We aren’t perfect. We don’t always agree. We don’t always have it all figured out. But we laugh together, love fiercely, show up for each other, and keep growing together.

And on National Stepfamily Day, there was nowhere else we’d rather be than together making memories at the Rays game. ⚾️💙 All of the kids first time at The Tropicana Field and they had a blast!

Because at the end of the day, family isn’t always about how you started.

It’s about who you choose, who chooses you, and the love you build together.

So grateful for these seven hearts that make up our MurSchick Life. 🥹❤️
