Just a quick update date. I’m still in PT and will be for a few more months. I had a small setback with some pain and cramping in my bicep muscle. I see the Dr again on February 17. Perhaps I’ll get a cortisone shot in it so I can make better progress in physical therapy. My return to work date keeps getting pushed back. Well, I think the Dr knew it would take a good while. I’m just feeling frustrated and missing my clients.
Any help raising more money to pay my bills while I’m out would be greatly appreciated.
Everyday gets a little bit better than the one before!

Hi. I just got back from the dr.
I’ll be in the sling for 6 more weeks!
I start physical therapy in 2 weeks.
I can drive when I’m comfortable with it, but as long as I’m in the sling I won’t be comfortable with it. lol. I Can’t reach the gear shift with the sling on. 🤦🏼‍♀️
I can’t lift pots and pans to cook. I can’t cut up food and must eat with my non dominant hand. If you are able to make a meal and drop it off I’d really appreciate it. See meal train below. Drop off time is flexible just text me. Thanks so much for your love and support.
