I hear it everyday behind the chair and on social media.
People throwing a blanket statement to every woman on a GLP that the reason they are losing hair is because of the drug.
This has inspired me to dive more deeply because as a stylist , this epidemic lands on me. The only answer I had before studying hair loss and scalp health is “let’s cut it short”
It became painfully obvious that I needed to learn more about something so impactful on my mission to serve my clients .

Got my hair colored yesterday and I feel brand new . Also on another note … Mother’s Day is upon us and it always feels a little heavy for me .
I don’t speak to my mother and lost a child almost 10 years ago . I also have two beautiful girls. So it is like many things in life , a mixed bag . I am continuously learning that alllll the feelings can exist at the same time . Joy , grief , anger , pain , hope , hopelessness and on and on.
I am anticipating this weekend prepared to honor whatever emotions come up and thinking about all of my fellow loss moms who I know will be doing the same as well as so many other mamas.
We are in this together .
